Gourmet Night Sample Menu

Grape, tarragon and shallot salad

Warm smoked Haddock and black pudding timbale with a wholegrain mustard dressing.

Citrus sorbet

Medallions of Venison with a wild mushroom & white wine sauce served with duchess potatoes and sauteed savoy cabbage

Conference pear poached in red wine served with vanilla cream

A selection of Scottish Cheeses and homemade breads

Coffee and treats

We will be pleased to offer alternatives to cater for any vegetarian & dietary needs.

We will be offering a variety of wines to go with the courses through the evening to be bought by the glass or the bottle.

£18.50 per person

Food served Monday to Friday noon until 2.30pm and then 5.30pm until 9pm and Saturday and Sunday noon until 9pm.
