Description New Barton is a 500 acre mixed farm perched on the edge of the South Hams coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty whose boundaries follow the contours of the River Yealm and edge the village of Wembury.   Here at New Barton we combine the best farming practices with our traditional and modern knowledge to produce the best natural beef, lamb and pork. Farm Assured British Beef & Lamb. This is a recognised scheme which provides beef and lamb producers with a mechanism to ensure customers and retailers livestock producers meet appropriate standards.  We are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that we continue to meet these standards.  Our award winning meat is hygienically vac packed, weighed and labelled by our butcher, he makes our sausages, bacon, gammon and hams. All our other products in the shop are locally produced.
