A favourite is the Smoked Salmon and Spring Onion Tart, and the Cider Sausages are going down very well. The kitchen have made an experimental cider ice cream which is available to taste as are the sausages and smoked salmon.The fresh vegetables come from the extensive stock grown by top local market gardener Gerald Rich in Northend. Tina Johnson from the Funny Farm in Ashley supply fresh organic herbs, lettuce and spinach. We also stock 25kg sacks of local potatoes.Other general supplies include ECOVER products, soya deserts, fair-trade tea and filter coffee, honey, past, pulses, rice, nuts, seeds and not forgetting local free-range hens eggs and duck eggs too.
